Extracts of compiled individual genealogical records, as well as descendants, pedigree, and ahnentafel charts can be accessed on a companion web site which can be accessed by clicking here on Compiled Records Locator.

There are also compiled genealogical charts near the end of many of the extracts of infobases listed on a companion web site which can be accessed by clicking here on  Infobase Locator.

The compiled individual genealogical records are contained in a separate lineage-linked database (not on this or the companion web site) called:

FAMILY ROOTS

The compiled individual genealogical records are numbered sequentially from RN 1 through RN7561.   In addition to a heading, the individual's name (women's names include both maiden and all married names), record number (RN) and the date the record was last updated, each record includes data fields and numbered footnotes.   A blank data field indicates the that information is not known.   Most data field labels are self-explanatory; six data field labels require further explanation:

KEY - entries in this field show identification numbers/code numbers used to identify this individual in a published genealogy on this family that is referenced in the footnotes or in the source documents (Group II).

AKA - entries in this field include alternate names, nicknames, alternate preferred name or alternate spellings of name(s) for this individual that were encountered by the author.

MARRIED STATUS - entries indicate the status at death or latest known status.

RESIDENT OF - entries reflect residence at time of or up to date shown in parenthesis; when no date is included, the entry reflects latest residence that could be determined.

RELIGION - entries reflect positive information when found, but entries in this field should not be relied upon as being very accurate.

ORIGIN - entries in this data field are sometimes ambiguous; the field was intended to reflect a general indication of where the person or his immigrant ancestors' originated (outside North America) but is has not been used consistently and probably should not be relied on.

Many compiled individual records include one or more numbered footnotes. Some of these notes reference specific document numbers [DN], some indicate there is a document reference and some give no indication of what the source of the note is.  The researcher is cautioned to neither rely on these notes as being complete nor to assume they reflect all the known document source references for that record.  In all cases, reference should be made to the index of sources documents to find complete citations and sources of information compiled in these records.

The record number of each compiled record that immediately follows the individual's name [RN=xxxx as shown in the example below] is also used as the page number in this Group:
